What & Who can sell on MiNu?
UK artists, makers, creatives and service providers can open a shop and sell on MiNu.
All products should be either handmade, designed or involve a creative design process by you or represented by you.
We do not allow the sale of vintage products unless up-cycled into a new product or products that are bought and resold without a creative design process.
We also allow Sales Companies to have a shop but only one person per company. This is at MiNu’s discretion and subject to our Terms and Conditions
What are your subscriptions & fees?
We use GBP and have four subscription plans:
Forever Free: No monthly fee, up to 5 products per month. Once-off setup fee of £20.
Small: £3 per month, up to 10 products per month. Once-off setup fee of £25.
Medium: £5 per month, up to 15 products per month. Once-off setup fee of £30.
Large: £10 per month, up to 40 products per month. Once-off setup fee of £40.
We take 5% commission on completed sales plus 30p. The only other fee you will incur is a small payment processing fee on each sale by our secure online payment provider.
Subscription payments are taken monthly in advance from the day you sign up with us. You can upgrade or downgrade once a month. Our plans are month to month and you are not bound by a contract.
If you decide to close your account you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining time not used on our platform. MiNu does not provide refunds.
Why are your fees so low?
Our ethos is to provide an affordable platform for you to sell your products online. We do not have any shareholders which allows us to keep low fees.
What features does the shop include?
MiNu operates as a marketplace where you will find UK businesses and creativity.
We offer you an affordable platform to sell your products online within your own shop space with full control. You list your products, manage your stock, fulfil orders, set shipping costs, add your own logo and branding plus you have your own MiNu URL to link to all of your social media page, it will be: MiNu.Today/store/your-shop-name.
MiNu Services can assist you with Logo’s, Branding, Stationery and Banners for a small fee. We love to illuminate our clients imaginations!
Do I need to be a business to sell with you?
You do not need to be a registered business with the companies house.
Hobbyists, representatives or self-employed can also sell with us!
How many products, images & variations?
You can list as many products as you wish, subject to your subscription plan and we allow up to 6 images per product, per listing. You can add different variations such as colour and size to your products as well as custom variations.
Don't forget, it’s your shop!
Can I sell downloadable products?
Yes, you can sell downloadable products. However, you will need to email the customer the downloadable product via email after the purchase to them.
We do not handle VAT MOSS payments - this is your legal responsibility as a seller.
How do I know I have an order?
You will receive an email notification when you receive an order.
How am I paid on my sales?
Sales are paid to you automatically via our Online Payment Provider unless you request a Bank Transfer (made by you) from your Store.
Is my shop mobile optimised?
Your shop space is fully mobile optimized for customers to shop from on the go.
Currently we do not have an app, but vendors can access our site for their listings on the go.
Can customers leave reviews on MiNu?
We welcome and love reviews - the more, the better!
This is a new feature that we are building on our site for MiNu and our Vendors.
Yes, just check out our social media feeds and stories to see the large amounts of daily advertising we do for all our sellers, in addition to paid advertising across social media.
Yes, of course. We do not limit you to just our platform.
Yes, you can close your account at anytime. Please note: An account closure is immediate and permanent.
We also do not charge any cancellation fees as we understand circumstances may change for any individual or business at any time, but our subscriptions are non-refundable for the period that was originally signed up for.
